They bring internationally important collections from around the world to people in Cornwall, providing accessible and inspiring exhibitions and activities for local people and tourists alike.

Here’s how you can support museums:

• Get engaged online – follow museums on Twitter and like them Facebook
• Encourage your local school to visit museums

• Share stories and information about museums and Cornwall’s heritage online – help spread the word
• Volunteer at your local museum
• Make a donation – even small amounts make a big difference, museums in Cornwall are reliant on public support
