Children and Young People

Our work with children and young people has included the roll out of Arts Award at museums across the county. We have also helped museums to take part in national initiatives like Kids in Museums Take Over Day.

Funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund helped to foster new collaborations between an art gallery and industrial heritage sites and helped us to pilot a Young Ambassadors scheme to build links between smaller museums and their local schools and colleges.
