Andrea is an independent consultant and master educator with 20 years’ experience as a change agent and education strategist.
The aim of the session was to provide stimulus around the idea that museums will need to operate differently and reinvent the way that they engage audiences during these times. With an emphasis on responsiveness, listening, and empathy, Andrea provided some useful frameworks and opportunities for museum engagement with audiences.
Andrea is a cheerleader for immersive experiences, messy history, and big questions over trivial facts. Andrea works with museums to reinvent storytelling and interpretive methods.
