Customer Service Apprentice

You will be part of the front of house team at Falmouth Library and work alongside all staff in a supportive role.

You will provide frontline support for enquiries and library activities, both in-person on-site and virtually as required through Library Services’ various online tools and platforms. You will provide clerical support for all library functions and facilities with a focus on customer-facing services as directed by the Library Manager.
