2 Home-Based Voice Actors (1 Male, 1 Female) Required For Museum Installation Artwork
Experience designers Bonfire Dog are looking to commission two South-West-based voice actors (one male, one female) to record pieces for inclusion in a new installation work for Looe’s Old Gaol Museum.
The project, funded by an Arts Council England Project Grant, will produce an interactive audio installation for the Museum’s downstairs gallery. Exploring the details of a fictional crime taking place in the town during the 19th century, visitors will listen to the testimonies of key witnesses and suspects, before making their own decision as to whether the defendant is guilty or not.
Each voice actor will be required to voice three or four of the scripted testimonials (no more than two minutes each) that form the heart of the work. A range of tones and character profiles will be required, but at a minimum candidates will be required to perform with a Cornish accent.
